Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Lead, Driver to oversee delivery and material transport operations supporting data centre construction and operations. The role combines hands-on driving with team leadership, route coordination, and safety/compliance oversight in a fast-growing environment.

You'll mentor drivers, ensure on-time delivery of high-value equipment, track inventory with WMS/ERP, and maintain DOT compliance while driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Class A CDL and 3+ years driving experience, including leadership duties.
• Experience with high-value material transport and data centre logistics.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS barcode scanning and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of drivers and routes.
• Load, drive, and unload materials using commercial vehicles while meeting regulations.
• Safely secure loads, coordinate with vendors, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Scan barcodes, transact movements in WMS/ERP, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor vehicle condition, safety records, and DOT compliance.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and safety.
