Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Dress Designer to own the dress category from concept to final sample. You will lead creative direction, mentor junior designers, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch trend-forward collections.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in fashion design with a focus on dresses, strong construction skills, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel. Relocation package available.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of fashion design experience with a focus on dresses.
• Experience in fast-fashion or trend-driven apparel brands.
• Strong garment construction, draping, fit, fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.
• Experience leading fittings and managing products from concept through production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design trend-driven dresses from concept through final approval.
• Research trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and market inspiration.
• Source fabrics, trims, linings, and specialty materials.
• Create detailed tech packs and oversee product development.
• Lead proto fittings, ensuring fit and construction quality.
• Manage seasonal calendars, sample tracking, and development timelines.
• Partner with Product Development, Production, Creative, and overseas teams.
• Mentor junior designers and guide dress category direction.
