Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA) seeks a Drainage Engineer to join our Texas offices in Plano, Austin, or El Paso. You will lead drainage design tasks, model complex stormwater systems, and prepare drainage reports, documents, and cost estimates for transportation and site development projects.

You will mentor junior engineers, review plans, and ensure compliance with federal and state stormwater regulations while coordinating with roadway, structural teams, and clients to deliver high-quality

Qualificações

• 5-10 years drainage experience
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• PE license required
• Strong understanding of DOT design standards and project workflows
• Effective communication and technical writing skills
• Self-starter with team mindset and leadership potential

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for technical adequacy of assigned projects
• Document assumptions, design decisions, calculations, conclusions, and recommendations
• Use advanced engineering techniques and extend existing concepts
• Coordinate with related disciplines to achieve an integrated product
• Familiar with DOT guidelines and AASHTO codes
• Supervise and assist with project management and proposals
