Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on .NET development experience with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization; PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Proficiency with NUnit, Git, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.

• Soft Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and lead ership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
