Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Lead Dot Net Developer to drive architecture and deliver scalable .NET applications. You will mentor engineers, define technical direction, and ensure robust APIs and services using C#, .NET Core/Framework, MVC, Web API, and EF.

You will collaborate with product, design, and QA teams, optimize performance, and implement secure, maintainable code while guiding CI/CD practices in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in .NET development, with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET Core/Framework, MVC, Web API, EF; strong front-end skills.
• Experience with MS SQL Server; familiarity with PostgreSQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, performing requirement analysis, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.

Skills And Experiences

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in .NET development, with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in C#, .NET Core, .Net Framework and Core, MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and Entity Framework. Proficiency in front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and core frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a must. Python for scripting.
• Database Management: Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization. Knowledge of PostGreSQL is a plus.
• Tools: Knowledge of testing frameworks like NUnit, version control systems like Git, and experience of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
