Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior .NET Engineer to lead a development team and drive architecture for scalable web applications. You will mentor engineers, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices while collaborating with product, design, and QA to deliver robust software.

The role demands 10+ years in .NET, strong SQL skills, and a proven track record in leadership and stakeholder communication, with a focus on performance and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development and at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong MS SQL Server experience including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization; PostGreSQL knowledge is a plus.
• Testing and version control tools: NUnit, Git; experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
