Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-donation medical screening following guidelines.
• Determines Hematocrit (HCT) and Protein via finger stick and hematastat/refractometer.
• Promotes customer satisfaction through responsive interaction.
• Assesses donor suitability and operates plasmapheresis equipment.
• Maintains donor files and accurate documentation.
• Performs general administrative duties and donor greetings.
