Job summary

Fidelity Technology Services LLC seeks a Project / Systems Engineer to lead multi-discipline programs from award through fielding, including full-flight simulators and training environments. You will work at the intersection of systems engineering, program management, and customer engagement, with on-site problem solving and on-contractor coordination.

The role requires strong technical writing, design reviews, and experience with program artifacts; US citizenship and potential deployment OCONUS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Systems/Electrical/Aerospace/CS).
• 5–10 years in defense systems or project engineering with ownership of deliverables.
• Experience leading design reviews and Government customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for one or more programs, owning baselines and requirements traceability.
• Lead or support design reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR) and coordinate with Government counterparts.
• Develop and maintain artifacts: SRS, ICDs, SDP, Test Plans, CDRLs, configuration management.
