Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a Scheduler I to lead the development of Integrated Master Schedules for DoD programs and to integrate risk and earned value management into project execution.

The role interfaces with project finance and program management to establish compliant schedules, processes, and training across IPTs. Travel up to 10% is required, with possible European assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Strong scheduling fundamentals and best practices.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management metrics and applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for large programs.
• Ensure DoD schedule compliance with DoD guides and MIL standards.
• Manage Baseline Change processes for PMB changes.
• Train CAMs on resource-loaded schedules and backup data.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders.
• Perform Critical Path and Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Support monthly consolidated AR dashboards with finance.
• Assist in preparing reports for project management.
• Travel up to 10% of time, possibly to Europe.
