Qualifications

• 10+ years related work experience in the leasing industry.
• 2-5 years of Direct Doc Team Lead experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
• InfoLease experience preferred.
• Legal background a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business or finance emphasis preferred).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent analytical ability.
• Understanding of varied lease structures and complex documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees transaction documentation preparation with the Sales team.
• Insures timely and accurate documentation for transactions.
• Verifies system can handle transaction structures correctly.
• Negotiate and supervise documentation for large, complex transactions.
• Ensure documentation meets Leasing requirements and is reviewed for legal, accounting, and tax as required.
• Coordinate with leasing staff on pricing, credit requirements, residuals, and return provisions.
• Supervise funding and booking to ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with indirect sources to ensure complete receipt of all documents.
• Work with Syndications investors prior to funding to expedite sale of transactions.
