Lincare Holdings in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Delivery/Warehouse Technician to support home healthcare delivery. You will complete home safety evaluations, demonstrate DME equipment, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure courteous service to a growing patient base.

You will assist in warehouse duties, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support supervision of staff. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required, with flexibility for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Delivery/warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiar with safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Word processing software and mobile devices.

Responsabilités

• Completes appropriate home safety evaluation and patient/caregiver education related to ordered equipment and supplies.
• Performs equipment setup, orientation, and demonstration of the safe operation and use of HME.
• Assists in general warehouse duties such as stocking, rotating inventory, receiving, shipping, and processing equipment and supplies.
• Ensures courteous and efficient service is provided daily to patient base and referral sources.
• Ensures proper regulatory compliance is maintained as it pertains to FDA, ACHC, DOT, and HIPPA.
• Delivers and sets up DME equipment and instructs patients on the basic use.
• Loads and unloads DME equipment, oxygen, and medical supplies onto delivery truck and ensures it's properly secured and organized.
• Cleans and function tests all incoming dirty equipment as needed and assists with ordering and stocking of warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Ensures all routine vehicle maintenance is scheduled and performed as outlined by DOT Polices.
• Assists with hiring, coaching, performance appraisals, and disciplining of subordinate staff.
• Assists with daily supervision of departmental staff.
