Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Principal Security Engineer to lead AI-driven DLP automation and enterprise platform integration. You will own DLP strategy across cloud, endpoint, SaaS, and emerging AI environments, enabling secure innovation with automated protection.

Responsibilities include architecture, policy tuning, risk-based compliance, and collaboration with cyber, risk, IT, and business teams. Strong modeling of regulatory controls is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years in information security with 4+ years in DLP/CASB or cloud data protection.
• Hands-on DLP platform experience: policy design, deployment, operations.
• Experience integrating DLP with SIEM, SOAR, identity, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and expansion of enterprise DLP with AI automation.
• Architect end-to-end DLP across CASB, information protection, and DSPM.
• Develop policies compliant with GLBA, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR/CCPA.
• Mentor engineers and present insights to senior leadership.
