Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or Survey Technology and seven years of progressive technician experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience leading survey crews and route locations.
• Knowledge of GPS, Drone, and conventional survey methods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management, contractors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Serve as District Survey Party Chief for Division 9 in District 1 Engineer’s Office.
• Supervise and review litigation surveys and related data.
• Analyze, evaluate, compute, edit, and process complex survey information.
• Establish project control networks using GPS, Drone, and conventional methods.
• Review survey data and mapping for adherence to procedures and accuracy.
