Job summary

Consor is seeking a District Engineer to lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal capital improvement projects. You will oversee submittal reviews, provide guidance on utility pipelines, water production, and treatment facilities, and coordinate with contractors, regulators, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in municipal infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong engineering judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination with contractors, consultants, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, evaluation, and execution of engineering revisions to plans and specs.
• Coordinate review of district capital improvement projects with agencies and secure permits.
• Oversee project and construction management to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Manage easement and right-of-way documentation for legal compliance.
• Prepare technical specs, bid packages, and procurement documents.
• Analyze survey data and drawings to identify design conflicts and feasible solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design issues and review submittals.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, deliveries, and progress; identify risks and drive corrective actions.
