Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Two years’ supervisory experience in financial administration.
• Experience in school district accounting preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Direct and perform all district accounting functions.
• Manage general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, cash management, PO.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports.
• Supervise Accounts Payable clerks.
• Assist with annual audit and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare journal entries and close out accounts.
