Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with 5+ years related experience.
• 10+ years in telecommunications engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-discipline engineering teams in field/deployment environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale modernization projects for DoW, federal, or large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise OSP/ISP, fiber optic, and communication closet engineers and technicians.
• Manage subcontractor labor, including daily direction, QA, performance oversight, and conflict resolution.
• Serve as primary engineering liaison to Government POCs and base stakeholders.
• Coordinate base access, security requirements, installation schedules, materials, and personnel deployment.
• Validate engineering deliverables including drawings, design inputs, reports, and risk assessments.
• Lead design reviews, planning sessions, and strategic decisions for DS workstreams.
• Identify and mitigate engineering risks and installation challenges.
• Support program leadership with execution planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
