Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Electric Power Systems preferred.
• Minimum of five years in planning, design, and operations of distribution systems.
• Registered Professional Engineer in CT/MA/NH desirable.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Identifies distribution system problems and leads planning studies.
• Develops 2-5 year and 5+ year distribution plans.
• Builds and validates distribution models with simulation tools.
• Collaborates across departments for long-range planning and DER integration.
• Prepares contingency studies (N-1, N-2) and analyzes voltage/power factors.
• Leads economic analyses for complex projects and testimony for filings.
• Represents department on committees and communicates with management.
