Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods in Topeka, KS is seeking a Shipping Lead to supervise daily shipping operations in the distribution center. You will schedule assignments, assist with loading, and liaise between DC and sales to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety and GMP adherence, identifying process improvements, and supporting the raw materials warehouse as needed. This role requires 1–3 years warehousing experience and forklift skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehousing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• The position will be required to perform basic math.
• Basic PC skills are required.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment.
• The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 0°F to 110°F.
