Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking an Administrative Shipping Support in Pasco, WA to handle essential shipping data, liaise with carriers, and manage documents. You will work across departments to ensure accurate records and timely delivery of materials.

The role requires 3-5 years of office experience, a high school diploma, basic PC skills, and 10-key data entry. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support diverse operations and customers.

Responsibilities

• Record shipment data including products received, space availability, and discrepancies.
• Determine appropriate shipping methods for sending food products.
• Contact carrier representative to arrange and issue instructions for delivery of materials.
• Resolve problems such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance with carriers.
• Prepare documents such as bills of lading, and shipping orders.
• Act as a liaison to other departments.
• Sort, file, and scan documents.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies.
• Coordinate distribution events.

Working Conditions

• Office and Warehouse environment.
• The environment will be wet and cold with temperatures ranging from 0°F to 70°F.
• Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities.
• Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.

Compensation

$21.31 - $25.57 Non-Exempt (Hourly)
