Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a Warehouse Receiving and Distribution Lead to supervise the receiving and distribution of raw materials in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on inventory control, staff coordination, and adherence to GMP and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining records, and ensuring timely, accurate handling of shipments, with overtime and weekend scheduling possible to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehousing experience.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic PC skills required.

• Assists warehouse employees in loading trucks as needed.
• Assists in offloading trucks with fresh products.
• Schedules work assignments for warehouse employees.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Rotates products according to company guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.

Working conditions include:

• Warehouse environment.
• The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
• Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 80 lbs is required.
• Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
