Position: Lead, Distribution

This position exists to assist the supervisor in training associates and meeting deadlines for their department.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assists supervisor with balancing daily workflow in their department.
  2. Assists supervisor in all aspects of assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations.
  3. Prepares work reports as needed.
  4. Trains new associates and assists with questions.
Hours:

2ND Shift: Hours will be 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Some daily overtime and work on Fridays may be required, when necessary.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
