Responsibilities

• Lead dispatchers on shift; resolve service issues and coordinate coverage.
• Liaise with customer service and operations to cover service issues and promote on-time service.
• Optimize driver and unit utilization through load adjustments and monitoring via Samsara.
• Ensure drivers are informed and loads are closed out in TMW.
• Assist drivers with day-to-day operational challenges and provide support.
• Notify planner and customer service of loads moved to available status and communicate professionally.
