Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of distribution leadership experience.
• Demonstrate leadership in a team environment with accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, OSHA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day inventory systems and scheduling for shipments.
• Coordinate interdepartmentally to safeguard goods movement and customer service.
• Develop and sustain standard work procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate hourly workforce; coach and develop.
• Document product transfers and shipments; read/scan labels.
• Dispatch truck drivers and loaders; coordinate with customers on delays.
• Adhere to GMP safety rules and conduct guidelines.
