Walker INC in Needham, MA, is seeking a Director for the Therapeutic After School Program (TASP) to lead a multidisciplinary team serving up to eight DMH-enrolled youth, providing therapeutic, educational, and recreational programming that supports social-emotional development.

The Program Director will recruit and supervise staff, ensure coverage during school vacations, implement programming with evidence-based practices, establish crisis intervention systems, coordinate transportation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MAP Certification to be completed within 90 days of start date.
• MAP Certification required (within 90 days) or in progress; clinical training focus.
• Preferred: Master's degree and active LICSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure with supervision eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinical and milieu staff to support youth development.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and manage program staff.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure coverage, including school breaks and vacations.
• Provide a structured therapeutic milieu that is safe and welcoming for youth and families.
• Support staff with implementation of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate transportation for youth between the program, schools, and activities.
• Provide clinical services and consultations to families and schools.
• Ensure data collection, review, and reporting for outcomes.
