Job summary
CVS Health leads the architecture and delivery of Epic applications, including Healthy Planet, STARS reporting and care coordination workflows. The Lead Director will architect scalable solutions that connect Clarity/Caboodle with health registries, risk stratification, and population health programs nationwide.
The role requires extensive Epic experience, collaboration with clinical, quality, and data teams, and a strong leadership presence to guide enterprise initiatives and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, health informatics, information systems, or related field.
- 10+ years healthcare IT experience with 5+ years Epic applications.
- Deep Epic Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, and population health modules knowledge.
- Understanding CMS STARS/HEDIS / quality reporting requirements.
- Experience with Clarity, Caboodle, and Epic reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for Epic Healthy Planet and STARS reporting.
- Design scalable data models linking Epic modules to quality reporting.
- Lead enterprise Epic initiatives and manage technical teams.
- Present architecture decisions to senior IT and business leaders.
