Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years' experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if transporting individuals.
• Travel required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads Life Skills Trainers in the residence and in the community.
• Ensures client objectives and company goals are met.
• Replaces or reassigns staffing as needed and coordinates coverage.
• Supervises staff, performs corrective actions as required.
• Completes incident reports and coordinates investigations.
• Delivers skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per IP/treatment plans.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and external regulatory standards.
• Performs other delegated duties as assigned.
