Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Team Lead to supervise staff in residences and the community while delivering direct services to individuals served. You will participate in trainings to meet objectives and company goals.

You will assist with staffing needs, recruit staff, review progress, coordinate shift objectives, and ensure IP and treatment plans are carried out with compassion and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification. Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.

• Participate in community outings, house orientation to all new employees, serve as a role model to staff assuring that documentation is completed accurately and timely.

• Provide for the delivery of services such as skills training, job coaching, behavior management according to the IP and/or treatment team.
