The role provides leadership to Life Skills Trainers in residence and in the community, delivering direct services to program participants and ensuring program objectives align with the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in providing direct services in human services.
• Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if transporting clients.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Travel required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to Life Skills Trainers in residence and community settings.
• Mentors staff, supervises daily operations, and addresses staff performance.
• Completes participant and staff incident reports and supports safety procedures.
• Coordinates and delivers skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per IP.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and external regulations.
