Job summary

Sevita is seeking a dedicated staff leader to provide guidance to Life Skills Trainers and ensure quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves participation in client training and community outings while also providing direct supervision and support to staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in human services. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in direct services within the human services field.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance needed for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Life Skills Trainers (LST) and direct services to program participants.
• Participate in client training to meet objectives.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and complete performance evaluations.
