Job summary

Hope Network in Lowell, MI is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional for West Lake - Cottage 8. This full-time 2nd shift/on-call role provides oversight, support, and direct care across settings, modeling person-centered support and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral plans.

You will mentor, train, and orient new staff, participate in on-call duties, and guide the team when supervisors are unavailable.

The Lead Direct Care Professional provides oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served by Hope Network across a variety of settings. This role serves as a leader on shift, modeling person-centered support, promoting independence, and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral support plans. The Lead Direct Care Professional also mentors, trains, and orients new staff, assists with on-call responsibilities, and provides guidance and support to team members when supervisors are unavailable or off-site.
