Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Medication certification must be obtained and maintained.
• Proficient in First Aid, CPR, PMT and DDS medication administration; attend required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor staffing patterns with Manager, including coverage.
• Oversee monthly recreation and leisure schedules and client programming.
• Assist with staff orientation and training; supervise weekend/overnight staff.
• Manage data and documentation in THERAP and other resident records.
• Attend meetings and participate in ongoing managerial training.
