Qualifications

• Must pass Family Care Safety Registry screening.
• Ability to motivate and mentor Direct Support Professionals.
• Show a strong work ethic with or without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety of individuals at all times.
• Assist individuals in living independently by providing supports.
• Complete accurate Medication Administration Records.
