Dungarvin in Oklahoma is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional (Residential Coordinator) to assist the Program Director in coordinating services for individuals served, including finance, medical, recreation, education, and household management.
You will maintain consistency in program implementation and day-to-day residential operations, provide hands-on support, mentoring, and ensure the safety, comfort, and personal growth of those we serve.

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Full‑time
The Lead Direct Support Professional (Residential Coordinator) is responsible for assisting the Program Director with the coordination of services to the individuals served, including finance, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, and household management. This position also maintains consistency in program implementation, individual care, and communication with staff and the interdisciplinary team, including the day‑to‑day residential program. The lead direct support professional also carries out the duties of a direct support professional.
