Community Options, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Lead Direct Support Professional in Lubbock, Texas. You will provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and lead a team at an assigned location.

The role includes training teammates, coordinating daily routines, and ensuring health, safety, and proper documentation. Starting pay is $14.20 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Employment contingent upon successful background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug checks.
• Ability to establish a comfortable, supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care tailored to ISP/PCP.
• Train and support team members on program goals and routines.
• Assist with daily routines including meals, medication administration, and hygiene.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns.
• Complete program documentation and billable records accurately and timely.
• Engage individuals in community, social, and recreational activities.
• Maintain clean and stocked work locations and vehicles.
