Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in a care setting or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow IPs and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in residence and community while delivering direct services.
• Attend trainings to ensure objectives and company goals are achieved.
• Coordinate shift objectives and ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Assist with staffing needs and staff recruitment.
• Oversee progress and implement IP-driven services.
