Quest, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional 3 to lead shift teams in our residential homes, implementing services per Habilitation Plan and IPP while supervising staff and managing transport for residents.

You will detect residents' needs, train staff, document daily activities, and remain on shift as needed to ensure safety and quality of care during weather events or staffing gaps.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership and direction to Direct Support Professionals on shift.
• Ensure implementation of Habilitation Plan, IPP and daily schedule.
• Maintain safety and supervision for all residents.
• Drive large capacity vehicles for resident transport.

Responsabilités

• Lead DSP on shift and ensure program adherence.
• Ensure safety, quality of care, and supervision of all residents.
• Operate and manage transportation for residents using vans or buses.
• Complete daily documentation and reporting for each shift.
