Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a group home, DSP, or client care role.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet DHS requirements.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with vulnerable adults living with mental illnesses.
• Ensure health and safety of the persons served at all times.
• Reflect values of respect, honesty, patience, and compassion.
• Assist with active treatment services, daily living skills, and medications.
• Assist with transportation, documentation, and care plan adherence.
• Support scheduling, payroll reviews, and task delegation as needed.
