We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our Newton Group Home in Marlboro, New Jersey.
As a Lead DSP, you will provide direct support to residents while working closely with Group Home Managers to promote high-quality care, maintain program standards, mentor DSP staff, and support effective communication with guardians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
