Hope Network BHSE leads Direct Care professionals on shift, ensuring person-centered support and adherence to clinical and behavioral plans. You mentor new staff, participate in on‑call duties, and guide others when supervisors are unavailable.

The role emphasizes compassionate leadership and reliable teamwork. You will help implement treatment goals, document observations, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain quality care across settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's/Associate/HS credential with required years in applicable setting.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving for medical/behavioral issues.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to problem solve independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served by Hope Network.
• Serve as leader on shift, model person-centered support, and promote independence.
• Mentor, train, and orient new staff; assist with on-call responsibilities.
• Implement clinical and behavioral goals using approved methods of instruction.
• Document daily observational data accurately in electronic records.
