Dial is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor in Elkhorn, NE to coordinate the dining room service and supervise servers, ensuring fast, courteous hospitality for residents. You’ll greet guests, manage reservations, and resolve issues on the floor with a focus on resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, adherence to front-of-house standards, and collaboration with the lifestyle team to keep dining experiences engaging and seamless for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a staff of 15+ employees.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Demonstrated experience in food preparation and managing the front of house.
• Experience in volume food production within a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate dining room staff to provide fast, courteous service.
• Schedule dining reservations and coordinate parties or events.
• Greet guests, seat guests, and present menus.
• Address and resolve resident concerns with a focus on service quality.
• Oversee server duties and expedite orders as needed.
• Ensure dining room stations are clean and well organized.
• Coordinate with Lifestyle department on seasonal centerpieces.
