• Oversee engineering standards and prevent technical debt.
• Mentor engineers, QA, and tech professionals.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on roadmaps.
• Work with cybersecurity, infra, and PMO for cohesive implementations.
• Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies.
