Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Nashville to own end-to-end strategy for one or more digital products. You’ll partner with business, design, and engineering to define problems, set KPIs, and prioritize work with cross-team dependencies.

You will drive execution, deliver customer-facing features, and communicate progress to executives. The role emphasizes agile delivery, API integrations, and payment/ecommerce platform experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of technical product management, technical program management, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting digital commerce, retail tech, or related platforms.
  • Experience partnering with engineering to deliver large-scale web-based products and services.
  • Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience reviewing technical architecture and solution designs.
  • Experience delivering complex API and system integration initiatives.
  • Experience with payment platforms and PCI-sensitive environments.
  • Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and tech orgs.
  • Strong Agile delivery including backlog refinement, user story development, and release planning.
