Job summary

Dover Corporation's Microwave Products Group (MPG) West Chester, OH, seeks a Digital Design Engineer - Lead to drive the design and development of RF interference mitigation products. You will lead a skilled team, mentor engineers, and coordinate firmware and hardware efforts across lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities include architectural decisions for embedded control, FPGA/CPLD design using VHDL/Verilog, and firmware development in C/C++ and assembly.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• BSEE or BSCE from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 6+ years of developing and supporting embedded control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Digital Design Engineers.
• Develop and support control systems for RF interference mitigation products.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentoring.
• Lead code inspections and design reviews.
• Develop embedded control algorithms and architecture for RF products.
