Job summary

Dover Corporation's Microwave Products Group (MPG) in West Chester, Ohio is seeking a Lead Digital Design Engineer to drive design and development of RF interference mitigation products. You will lead a team of digital design engineers, guiding architecture, code and validation across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coaching, design reviews, FPGA/CPLD work, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve firmware reuse. A strong background in C/C++, MATLAB and RF hardware is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• BSEE or BSCE from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• 6+ years of developing and supporting embedded control systems (excluding co-op).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Digital Design Engineers and be responsible for developing and supporting control systems for RF interference mitigation products.
• Lead code inspections, design reviews and design sessions.
• Develop embedded control algorithms, architecture, and code.
• FPGA/CPLD design and VHDL coding for embedded applications.
• Integral involvement in hardware and firmware development lifecycle.
• Test firmware for compliance and performance using test equipment.
