Job summary

Mott MacDonald, based in Los Angeles, is seeking a Project Delivery Leader to enhance how complex infrastructure projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered across Southern California and North America. You will drive digital delivery through BIM, GIS, data analytics, and automation, collaborating with project leaders, technical specialists, and clients.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in project delivery or related engineering environment.
Experience coordinating complex infrastructure projects with strong stakeholder management.
Strong communication and leadership skills for engaging clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with digital delivery tools and approaches (BIM, GIS, data analytics, automation).
Experience driving process improvement and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with project leaders and clients to translate challenges into digital delivery solutions.
Lead multidisciplinary digital delivery teams (BIM, CAD, GIS, information management, data analytics, IT).
Embed efficient, repeatable delivery processes to improve collaboration and decision making.
Support pursuits with client-focused digital delivery strategies aligned to objectives.
Work with project managers to integrate digital delivery into planning, governance, and execution.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and capability building across teams.
