Mott MacDonald is seeking a BIM Manager to lead coordination across civil, water, power and utilities projects, from design through construction. You will ensure multi-disciplinary models align with project requirements and governance, updating outputs as the project evolves.

The role requires 10+ years in BIM/coordinator roles, experience with Autodesk AEC toolset and cloud collaboration, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering BIM and coordination on complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with design and construction‑stage coordination.
• Proven capability managing multi‑disciplinary coordination across integrated environments.
• Experience with structured information management frameworks and defined delivery requirements.
• Proficient with Autodesk AEC toolset for design authoring, coordination and model federation.
• Experience with cloud collaboration platforms for model review and issue management.
• Some Bentley platforms knowledge for discipline coordination.
• Strong ability to interpret project documentation and align outputs to scope and governance.
• Proficient in BIM and digital engineering coordination workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across civil, water, power and utilities through design and construction stages.
• Manage federated models and coordination workflows, including clash detection and issue tracking.
• Ensure alignment between design development, construction sequencing and delivery outputs.
• Support design-stage coordination and integration of disciplines with defined requirements and standards.
• Support construction-stage delivery: sequencing, phasing, site integration and contractor inputs.
• Track RFIs, design changes and field issues; ensure timely resolutions.
• Review and interpret information requirements and governance pages for alignment with scope.
• Coordinate with information management and delivery teams to ensure data consistency.
• Ensure outputs align with governance structures and project roles/responsibilities.
• Contribute to repeatable delivery practices across projects.
