Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Global Audit & Assurance (GAA) team in New Brunswick, NJ, seeks a Lead Digital Analyst to design and implement data analytics, automation, and AI solutions for internal audit and investigations.

The role focuses on scalable digital tools using Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI, Python, OCR, and machine learning; you will lead analytics as a service, mentor analysts, and drive governance, data quality, and change management within the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, building, and operating digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization and data query/automation tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, UiPath, Python, R).
• Experience with relational databases and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, SQL, data lakes, APIs).
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions for Internal Audit.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and leadership to deliver high-impact digital controls.
• Develop scalable analytics and automation to query, mine, and analyze large data sets.
• Ensure governance, data quality, and change management for solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts; lead analytics as a service for investigations.
• Develop training programs on digital and technology adoption for GAA.
