Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in business analysis in the medical technology and healthcare sectors.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Knowledge of SAP, BW, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses.
• Python and statistics (Descriptive and Inferential).
• Analytics including predictive, diagnostic, descriptive, and prescriptive.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and cGMP FDA-regulated processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Create Alteryx workflows.
• Build Tableau-based visualization dashboards for analyzing metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and improve business strategies using insights derived from data analysis.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align objectives and improve performance.
• Lead critical projects.
• Stay updated on medical technology industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Develop concise, persuasive reports and presentations for senior management.
