People Inc. seeks a Lead Digital Ad Operations Coordinator to launch all D/Cipher campaigns and ensure creative meets site specs. You’ll manage production with vendors, generate and traffic ad tags, and resolve issues while communicating with internal sales and clients.
The role is hybrid (in-office 3x weekly) with up to 2 remote days. You’ll work with a cross-functional team, mentor peers, and help optimize processes to support campaigns and business goals.
Lead Digital Ad Ops Coordinator
As a Lead Digital Ad Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Digital Ad Operations group responsible for launching all D/Cipher digital campaigns. This role ensures creative meets site specifications, manages production with vendor partners, generates and traffics ad tags, and resolves campaign execution issues.
You will communicate directly with internal sales representatives and clients and proactively make business decisions that impact successful campaign launches.

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
D/Cipher is People Inc.'s in-house media platform and activation team, fueled by the rich user engagement data of People Inc., the nation's largest publisher. D/Cipher helps advertisers make informed media buying decisions on and off People Inc. content. The Digital Ad Operations team is responsible for the execution, trafficking, and quality assurance of all digital advertising campaigns. The team works cross-functionally with sales teams, clients, creative agencies, and third-party vendors.
All other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of digital advertising operations experience, including campaign trafficking, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and client-facing communication.

Hourly: Connecticut: $30.00 - $36.00
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
