Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. seeks a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the dining department at a long-term care facility. You will ensure high food quality, safety, and staff supervision while adhering to menus and regulatory requirements.

The role requires CDM certification, an associate degree in food service management or hospitality, and prior supervisory experience. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• CDM certification required.
• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and supervision preferred.
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager within 14 days of employment and FSM/LTC-FSM within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food service program at a single site, ensuring quality food, inventory control, safety, and customer service.
• Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Provide staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; perform duties as dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher as needed.
• Communicate directives from client managers and administration to staff.
